The Executive Committee of IEEE Region 2 (Eastern US) selected Dr. Boris Gramatikov to receive the IEEE Region 2, 2017 Outstanding Professional Award “for extensive engineering achievements and innovative contributions to the theory, design and validation of advanced diagnostic devices for cardiology and pediatric ophthalmology”.
